Meet the team


Dustin Fusillo, Owner / General Manager

Dustin completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, then pursued a graduate degree at Florida State University in Public Administration. Upon graduation, he worked for the Governor of Florida and eventually a policy think-tank where he developed a deep understanding of government and politics. Several years into his career, he felt more drawn to business and was able to secure a role with an angle investor project managing several start-up companies. This is where his passion for building teams and businesses began to flourish.

After spending several years in the organized chaos of start-ups, he was offered a business development position in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. He spent six years working for a small business, then a Fortune 500 global manufacturer. The chance to work in corporate America gave Dustin the insight on how great companies thrive, and how most companies just exist. Dustin acquired Bell ATM in February of 2023 and has worked diligently with the former founder and his leadership team to optimize the company’s operations to further serve their customer’s needs.

Dustin spends his free time mentoring young adults with the Big Brothers & Sisters of America. He is a single father of a furry baby (Aubrey). He loves the outdoors and is an avid snowboarder, scuba diver, surfer, fisherman, and fitness nut.


James Cole, Director of Operations

James provides over 20 years of product design and development, manufacturing facility management, purchasing, forecasting, inventory management, quality control and production operations experience. He brings with him an enthusiasm for growth and development that has sparked new ideas for shop efficiency, warehouse organization, and advanced technicians training processes. He has previously owned his own small business working to provide sustainable year-round growing environments to parts of the world impacted by hunger. When not working James enjoys hiking with his boys, boating, working on classic cars, traveling and volunteering his time.


Sahra Sauers, Office Manager / Accountant

Sahra provides over 10 years of Corporate Accounting, Business Management and Analytics experience. Her background in logistics and warehouse management, along with her dedication to process improvement and accuracy have proven to be assets as she oversees the accounting and financial analysis of Bell ATM. When not working Sahra enjoys camping and paddle boarding with the family and working in the garden. Her and her family also enjoy volunteering their time within the Heart Community, helping patients and families through their journeys.
